    Updated Holiday 2019 Return Policy:
    All purchases made between 11/28 - 12/22/19 are eligible for a full refund until 1/5/20. Store credit will be granted until 1/15/20.
    Purchases made outside of our extended holiday policy will adhere to our regular return policy: return unused, unwashed, undamaged and unworn merchandise within 15 days of your purchase. Store credit will be granted within 30 days of purchase. All items must have original tags attached.

    Please note:

    Should you buy full-priced items using a discount code, they are still redeemable for free return shipping.

    Items other than apparel (decor, gifts, shoes, accessories) will be subject up to a max $10 return fee, depending on exact return shipping charges.

    Final sale items will be marked "final sale" and/or price will end with $0.89. All final-sale items are non-refundable and not valid for an exchange or store credit.

    Custom Vo Jewelry orders are non-refundable unless damaged.

    Refunds will not be accepted without ALL tags on the garment.

    All return requests must be received within the 15 day window (from the date of your package delivery to the date of your refund request), no exceptions will be made.  

    Exchanges: First, simply purchase the item you are wanting in a new order (before it sells out!). Then, send your unwanted item back within 15 days to receive a full refund. 

    Damages: Any damaged items need to be reported within the 15 day return window to
