Return Policy

Not quite the pretty fun thing you were expecting? Breathe easy, we'll take it back!

Online purchases: You have 15 days from the time your order arrives to your door to request a full refund. Need a little more time? Store credit is offered for return requests made between 16-30 days of receiving your order. 

Pickup purchases: All pick-up orders will be held for seven days before cancelling. Should your order not be picked up within seven days, a full refund will automatically be issued. 

Per our return policy, in-store pickup items are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of receiving your 'pickup ready' notification email or store credit within 30 days. Items ending in .89 or marked as 'final sale' will remain final sale.

In-store purchases: All purchases made in-store will have 15 days from the purchase date to return for a full refund and 16-30 days for store credit. In-store purchases can only be returned in-store.

Within 24 business hours, receive a pre-paid mailing label via email.*

Print your label, pack up your pretty fun things & include your packing slip.

Ship items back within 5 business days. Refund will be issued within one week of receipt of items.

 

*Pre-paid mailing labels will be issued for all full-price apparel. Footwear, accessory and decor returns will incur a return shipping fee deducted from the return amount. All final-sale items will not be eligible for return.


Full return policy can be found below:

Merchandise must be returned within 5 business days of receiving your prepaid return label.

Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.

Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.

Merchandise returned without the original tag, or with any type of wear or damage, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.

Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Final Sale items (any item ending in pricing .89) may not be returned.

Exchanges:


In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Instead, you'll get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we'll credit your account.

Damages:


Any damaged items need to be reported within 15 days to info@aliceandwonder.com. Damages reported outside of 15 days may not qualify for a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages:


We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit. All USPS tracking inquiries should be directed to USPS customer service.
